Citi CEO Michael Corbat on Wednesday announced that after 37 years at Citi, including eight years as CEO, he plans to step down in February 2021. The Board of Directors selected Jane Fraser, currently Citi's President and CEO of Global Consumer Banking, to succeed Corbat as CEO. Fraser will be the first female CEO of a major Wall Street bank.
